THE LOCAL BOOKSHELF

The Local Bookshelf needed a brand identity that felt like a personal library, not a generic used bookstore, something warm enough to make browsing feel like coming home. From there, the site needed to turn that same feeling into an online shop that actually sells books.

Sprint Websites designed a full logo and brand identity for The Local Bookshelf, built around the warmth of a well-loved home library rather than a typical retail bookstore look. That identity carried from the stickers she would put on books into a custom Squarespace ecommerce build, with shop templates styled to make browsing feel inviting instead of transactional. Sarah brought her own writing and SEO expertise to the project, so Sprint Websites focused on the visual side: brand direction, imagery style, and a shop experience built to showcase her curated, gently used book selection.
