Ellevate Leadership needed a website that matched the caliber of their coaching work. The goal was to move off Wix and onto Squarespace, brighten up the visual feel, and restructure the site so "For Teams" services stood out clearly alongside individual coaching.

Sprint Websites moved Ellevate Leadership from Wix to a custom Squarespace site, refreshing the palette to feel brighter and more welcoming while keeping the tone professional. As part of the work, Sprint developed a custom icon that now runs as a design element throughout the site and doubles as a mark within the logo, tying the brand together visually. The site architecture was rebuilt around a new sitemap and content outline, giving "For Teams" offerings top billing without burying the individual coaching services underneath. Sprint also provided content strategy guidance and keyword suggestions aimed at getting Ellevate found in both traditional search and AI search results. The result is a site that does more than look better. It works harder for the business behind it.
