1 Day Workshop
Bring Your Scissors and Some Glue. Lets Make a Website Together.
Are you set on designing your own website, but still need some help? I can train you to use Squarespace so that you can make changes down the road yourself. We’ll do some preparation ahead of time, then we’ll go through making a website, step by step. I will stand behind your virtual shoulder and say, “no, not that photo”, or “that colour sends the wrong message” or “this is where you should add a call to action button”.
My workshop includes:
Preplanning for the day. And intake form to organize your content. Discussion about our goals for the day and the pages we will build together.
1 day live learning session with me, over video call or at an Edmonton and area coffee shop
Help with the technical bits, like setting up your domain name and which plan to sign up for with Squarespace
At least 3 pages but progress may differ based on skill level
$1200 + GST

Improvement Plans
Desiring some professional constructive criticism of your current website? I will begin by conducting a thorough review of your website. Then, I will then send you an improvement plan via written report or a video recorded explanation. You’ll get some professional advice on how to get your website to the finish line.

Hybrid Plan: Design Time + Extensive Training Session
I work on your site for half a day, doing all the technical bits and sorting out the framework. The second half of the day I’ll train you to take your site to completion. It’s your chance to get the technical parts covered and fully understand how to update your own website.
