Very Dedicated to Carry-On

I went all the way to Denmark and France and all I brought back for you was ideas and inspiration. I pack light, what can I say.

My husband, my nine year old son and I went to Europe in October. We did a mixture of kids stuff and grown up stuff. We started in Billund, Denmark the Mecca of LEGO. We enjoyed everything LEGO, including a meal served by robots at LEGO house, the not so subtle architecture of the LEGO campus, and of course LEGOLAND. We ate great food and saw some great design in Copenhagen and enjoyed the Metro that arrived what felt like once every minute. We stayed in the cutest little neighbourhood in Paris and were big tourists, climbing the Eiffel town (travel is a lot different with a 9 year old!) and hitting some museums. We selected a favourite neighbhourhood boulangerie, and tried fondue and crepes. The whole trip was a big treat. Here are a few photos to share. I was reminded how big the world is and how small our screens are. It was very nice it was to get away.
