About 6 months ago I had realized with help from my daughters that I required a website to support a new business that I had just initiated. I am as new to websites as one can get and not being a fan of "the computer world" I was really not sure where to start.
I decided to see what the search engines would show me, I understood a little about searching, and came across Jodi's ad which included a little information on how long she has been doing this type of work and what her background was.
I then looked around to see what the "other folks" were saying and found a lot of words that I did not understand and quickly went back to Jodi's site. After a night of finding out as much as I could about Jodi with my limited skill set with computers I decided to call her and have a chat.
As they say the rest is history. Jodi was very quick come up to speed with what I had laid out for her about my new business. There were many items at this point that were spoken about that I clearly did not understand at all. I was very pleased to hear the statement "oh that is no problem I can explain that to you" and off we went.
After a short time it was clear to me that I wanted to meet with Jodi and get really grounded with my feelings about what she was about and that was a god sent. I had the feeling before we met that I was safe with her but after our meeting it was like I had met a younger sister that I did not know I had she was that willing to help and was that patient with me and my very limited, early childhood stage I would say, understanding of what needed to be done and how to do it.
Honestly if I had another 100 companies to start up I would not hesitate one second to take all of that work to Jodi. Her honesty and professionalism is the real key for me which enables me to make this kind of statement.
My first experience with setting up a website under Jodi's expert understanding and ability was a wonderful one I must say. As I said earlier I would, should the occasion present itself again, certainly call on Jodi's talent's again.

Jodi Tychkowsky and Sprint Websites came highly recommended by one of her clients whose impressive website had prompted me to ask for a referral. Although our business had been able to register domain names, I realized that we would need assistance to set up a site of similar quality.
xAt our first face to face meeting, Jodi had done her homework. Not only did she understand the nature of our organization, but she had a good understanding of the business sector in which it operated. Jodi pulled showed me several comparable business websites on her laptop and suggested we incorporate their best features in ours. After supplying some additional information and photos, I was called and advised that the basic website was finished and ready for review. We then met again to make some final alterations before taking the site live. Jodi spent time instructing me on site maintenance procedures. The whole process was painless and productive. Initially my thoughts went to the obvious pleasant comments that I had received by people who were reviewing the site work that you had done for us. (you are free to use any of those) But I was not satisfied to simply let it sit there; it seemed very lazy and insufficient to simply parrot the compliments of others. It missed the point!
So, I took some time to let my thoughts sort themselves out and “percolate” for a bit. The observations of the others were certainly valid, but not pivotal to articulating the experience of working with you.
I reflected on how I became aware of your work. It was not because of a web-search, but because of seeing an example of your work on an “Airbnb Site” and then talking to the satisfied owner of that site. Later, when I saw the actual Airbnb property, I was struck by how accurately the web site had portrayed the reality of the property; especially the emotional reality of the property. I know that the property owner is very creative and is also visually very articulate in capturing impressions through images, however…
While it is one thing to grasp and then execute a creative vision that communicates an experience to others, it is totally another thing to take someone else’s creative work and then translate it into the (often very restrictive) confines of some particular computer program. (One must learn to function within the constraints of the program because -so far- the program will never learn to accommodate you).
In my opinion, to translate another person’s creative expression into a series of artificial computer boxes, and stay true to the original vision, requires a uniquely gifted and disciplined mind.
Even after arriving at these insights, I still was not satisfied that I had captured the essence of why your work has spoken to me so clearly. Back to percolating. I revisited the original decision to approach you.
I found my answer. Competence was an obvious prerequisite, and you sailed right through that test as noted above. But the core of why I selected your company was because of who you are, not just because of what you do. The Airbnb owner had very wisely put me on to the fact that she had wanted a “real person” to deal with; not a chat room or corporate service provider model that had a steady revolving door of talented but very transient contract employees. She wanted someone local; someone she could actually meet if need be. Some one who would likely still be here as time goes on.
In my experience, creativity requires consistency in the personalities that come to the table. People who consistently commit to tangible outcomes, realistic deadlines, creative satisfaction, clear and precise communication, and are committed to patience and to understanding the customer’s needs, even when (like me), the customer is not able to articulate their own needs.
My initial interactions with you indicated that you were very capable to meet this description. I am very happy with that decision.
